RECIPE: Skinny Wings

I love a good BBQ or Buffalo style wing but wings are usually a deep fried disaster.

 

Here are wings my way and they are amazing! You won’t miss the deep fried version.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • Raw bone-in wings

  • 1 bottle of bbq or buffalo sauce

  • 1 bottle of ranch or bleu cheese dressing

  • Raw carrots and celery sticks

 

Directions:

  1. BBQ wings on outside grill and brush with choice of sauce

  2. BBQ until you have nice dark grill marks

  3. Place wings in deep oven pan and add rest of the sauce and about 1/2 cup of water over wings

  4. Place pan in oven at 375-400 degrees

  5. Mix and spoon liquid over chicken while cooking

  6. Cook until bubbly and heated through

 

Serve with side of carrots, celery sticks and 1-2 tablespoons of dressing.
